Kayla Vittore

Kayla is a PhD graduate student in the Crop Sciences program. She has B.S. degrees in Agronomy and Plant Biotechnology from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her research focus is bioeconomy crops and resilient agriculture. Kayla is also passionate about teaching, and earned a Teacher Scholar certificate during her time as TA for CPSC 415 and CPSC 113. Outside of research, Kayla is involved in several organizations. She is currently the TA Liaison for the Crop Sciences Graduate Organization (CS-GO) and Chair of the External Committee for Sola Gratia Farm (Non-Profit).
